1Password SaaS Manager #2231
New
- Budgets: You can now assign budgets to people and application roles. Budget owners can view budget details and receive AI usage and workflow notifications.
Improved
- Accessibility: Improved keyboard and screen reader support across Applications, Access requests, AI Spend and Consumption, Contracts, Teams, Assessments, Devices, and Surveys. Tooltips and charts are now keyboard accessible, controls and links have meaningful names, and table headers are announced correctly.
- Access requests: Updated the application Access tab to show access levels, provisioning methods, and access policies more clearly. You can search access levels by name or description, view application catalog settings within the Access tab, and receive a warning before leaving unsaved changes.
- Integrations: Integration results now show the total number of AI usage records imported when AI usage is supported and enabled.
- Interface clarity: Updated status icon colors to improve contrast and readability.
Fixed
- Contracts: Contract access now consistently honors “View Contracts” permissions and contract ownership. Users who open a contract they can’t access see a clear “Contract unavailable” message instead of a generic error.
- Payments: Payment matching rules now take precedence over dates parsed from payment descriptions when they determine the period covered.
- Access requests: Fixed an issue that could cause access request fields to appear inconsistently on application catalog profiles.
- Workflows: Fixed issues that could show a blank page for historical workflow versions or move the editor to a hidden, empty step when you save a workflow.
- Integrations:
- Atlassian Cloud: Fixed an error that could prevent user imports from loading.
- Google Workspace: Reduced false-positive duplicate-device messages.
- LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Improved identity matching.
- Paylocity, BambooHR with Pathify, Xero, and Marktplaats: Added connector-specific improvements.
- People: Fixed an issue that could prevent editing a user associated with multiple accounts.
- Security and privacy: Strengthened authorization and abuse protections for audit logs, contract access, active sessions, password changes, and internal service requests. Sensitive data is also better protected in application and workflow logs.
