1Password SaaS Manager #2075
New
- Workflows: API request steps now support additional ID merge fields, including person, application, task, user account, and related person and application IDs.
- Public API: External workflow run responses now include basic access request details and access request status.
- AI Spend and Consumption: You can now export consumption data as a CSV from the spend explorer and an application’s AI consumption tab. Exports follow the selected filters and date range, and can be grouped by month.
- Budgets: You can now create multiple budgets for the same application with overlapping date ranges. Spend, threshold alerts, and runway calculations are tracked independently for each budget.
- GitHub Copilot: Added AI Consumption support for GitHub Copilot. SaaS Manager can import user-level credits and token usage, as well as application-level credits by model.
- OpenAI Platform: Added SCIM account management for organizations with the required Enterprise plan. You can use the integration to provision and deprovision accounts.
- SaaS Manager Projects: Provider project and workspace IDs and names are now available for project mapping. Stable provider IDs preserve usage history when a project or workspace is renamed.
Improved
- AI Spend and Consumption: Spike details now use token metrics when spend data is unavailable, so you can still understand what drove a spike for sources such as API keys.
- AI Spend and Consumption: The “License Not In Use” widget now focuses on unengaged accounts with confirmed paid licenses, reducing recommendations for free or unknown-license accounts.
- AI Spend and Consumption: Integration descriptions now explain which dashboard metrics each AI Consumption provider supports.
- Linear: Updated webhook handling to support Linear’s expanded webhook IP range and reduce dropped task updates.
- Rippling: Personal email addresses returned by Rippling now appear in SaaS Manager person profiles and can be used in onboarding workflows.
- Slack: Workflow-generated Slack messages now handle API rate limits more reliably when a workflow creates many runs at once.
- Qualtrics: Updated the integration description to accurately reflect the provisioning features that are available.
Fixed
- AI Spend and Consumption: AI usage entries with no model no longer display incorrectly. These entries now appear without a model name.
- ClickUp: Connections now prompt you to reconnect when no workspace is authorized instead of sending an invalid workspace request.
- Lark: Employee imports no longer retry indefinitely after the provider returned a 400 error.
- Workday: Fixed spend date parsing when payment descriptions contain additional numbers.
- Amazon Bedrock: Fixed synchronization failures in AWS opt-in regions by using regional security token endpoints.
- Microsoft Entra ID: Offboarding no longer fails when it encounters on-premises synced groups that cannot be managed. SaaS Manager skips those groups and reports them clearly.
- SentinelOne: Fixed a validation error that could prevent connections from loading application details.
- Contracts: Fixed tax itemization so tax already included in invoice line items is not counted twice.
- Payments: Imported transactions no longer duplicate in some views and aren’t counted more than once.
- Workflows: Fixed several workflow issues, including:
- Opening a workflow from the list now loads all required editor data.
- Team values now appear when testing workflow filters.
- The access level drawer stays open after creating an access level and opens the appropriate settings.
- Pigeon: Resyncing application roles now also refreshes cached team application-owner memberships.
