  • Concurrent Access Levels in App Catalog: The App Catalog now displays and tracks concurrent access levels, providing deeper visibility into how app licenses are being used simultaneously.
  • App Resources Default Settings: Admins can now configure default settings for app resources, reducing manual setup time when onboarding new applications.
  • App Consumption Tab – Spend Over Budget Period Chart: A new chart on the App Consumption tab visualizes spend over a budget period, making it easier to track against targets.
  • App Consumption Tab – Budget Management: Budget management is now available directly within the App Consumption tab.
  • App Roles: App role views now separate Spend and Contracts data for clearer role-based access and reporting.
  • Zoom – Manage Provisioning of Add-ons: SaaS Manager now supports managing the provisioning of Zoom Add-ons directly from the integration. As a result of this improvement, you may notice your Zoom license updated dates are now set to 26 May.
  • Inline Actions: More Locations: Workflow and app management inline actions are now accessible in additional locations throughout the product, improving task efficiency.
  • Integration Card Display Improvements: Integration name and type are now each displayed on a single line when shown as a card, improving readability.
  • Assign App Resources with Integrations: App resources can now be assigned through integrations, enabling more automated access provisioning workflows.
  • (Closed beta) Manually Created Fixed-Term Customer App Budgets: Admins can now manually create fixed-term budgets for customer apps, providing more flexible spend management options.
  • Entra – Mailbox Actions Improvements: Several tweaks to Entra mailbox actions improve reliability and consistency when managing user mailboxes through the integration.

  • Fixed an issue causing duplicate workflow runs.
  • Fixed an error when importing a vault item after deleting a Customer App.
  • Fixed an issue where Sigma was incorrectly returning deactivated or archived users as Active in SaaS Manager.
  • Fixed an issue where Google license assignment was incorrectly failing when a user was already assigned to a product and SKU.
  • Removed the Hex provisioning feature, which is no longer supported.
