1Password SaaS Manager #1218
New
- (beta) AI Spend and Consumption: Budgeting by credits: Added support for budgets based on credits when an integration reports credits instead of cost. Estimated spend remains available where the integration supports it.
- (beta) ChatGPT Enterprise: AI consumption data: SaaS Manager now imports organization-level usage data from ChatGPT Enterprise, including usage by product, model, and person, along with credit totals.
- (beta) AI Spend and Consumption: Product-level rollups: Added product-level usage and cost data for Anthropic Claude, making it easier to distinguish products that share the same provider.
- Amazon Bedrock: Region selection: Added an optional region selector when configuring an Amazon Bedrock integration. SaaS Manager only queries the regions selected for usage collection. Existing connections and connections without a region selection continue to use all enabled regions.
- Help sign-in: SaaS Manager help sign-in now uses the shared 1Password Support instance.
Fixed
- (beta) AI Spend and Consumption: Base currency: Fixed an issue that displayed AI spend in U.S. dollars while using the customer’s base-currency symbol. Newly imported data will be correctly converted into the customer’s base currency; any existing data will stay as is.
- ChatGPT Enterprise: Usage totals: Fixed an issue that could undercount ChatGPT Enterprise usage when multiple cost records shared an event ID.
- OpenAI Platform: Usage without an API key: Fixed an issue where usage records without an API key could cause an entire import batch to fail. Unattributed usage is now included at the app level.
- Cursor: Historical usage attribution: Fixed an issue that could omit historical spend for users who were no longer returned by Cursor’s user directory. The spend is now included in app-level totals.
- AI Consumption: “No teams” drill-down: Fixed an issue that prevented administrators from drilling down into apps grouped under No teams.
- Access requests: Deprovisioning: Fixed an issue where an access request could remain in Deprovisioning required after the user had already been removed from the app.
- Access request tasks: Unexpected reopening: Fixed an issue where a closed access request task could reopen without a failed SaaS Manager automation.
- Microsoft Entra ID: License removal: Fixed an issue where duplicate license values could prevent a workflow from removing a user’s licenses.
- 1Password Extended Access Management: Hosted Provisioning: Fixed an issue where the Provision Managers group appeared as an available option in Hosted Provisioning workflows, even though Hosted Provisioning can’t manage that group.
- Navan: Fixed an issue that prevented some Navan connections from syncing because of an authorization error from the reports endpoint.
- ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus: Fixed an issue that caused all connections to fail when provider information didn’t include an issuer name.
- Tailscale: Fixed an issue that caused user suspend, delete, restore, and approve actions to return a 404 error.
