1Password for Linux 8.12.28-17
- You can now put double quotes around a search query to look up an exact phrase, including special characters like dots and dashes (for example,
"10.1.2.3"). - You can now launch the bundled
1password-mcpbinary instead of using an absolute path to the 1Password MCP server in your clients. - We’ve incorporated visual improvements and bug fixes for Credential Broker.
- 1Password CLI, 1Password SDKs, and the integration with MCP clients are now grouped into a single section in Settings > Developer.
- The Developer Watchtower page will now properly refresh when you turn .env file scanning on or off.
- We’ve fixed an issue where the option to import .env files could appear in Developer Watchtower, even when 1Password Environments support was disabled.
- We’ve fixed an issue where a field viewed in Large Type wouldn’t refresh to show changes if you edited that field.
