- When searching, search results now highlight the content from note items or fields under item titles for easier skimming.
- If you have 10 or fewer items in your account, you can select “Have passwords saved elsewhere?” at the bottom of a list of items to open a guide that helps you import your data from a browser or another password manager.
- If you’ve turned on “Add locations to items” in Settings > Labs, there are many improvements and fixes included in this update:
- You can now choose to see a larger map when you view item details.
- You’ll now see suggestions as you type when adding a location to an item.
- You can now view a large map of your items on the Home screen.
- Tapping the map icon on the Home screen will properly show the map even when the Nearby section is collapsed.
- “What’s New” is no longer shown when you set up the app for the first time.
- Localization has been improved for a number of our supported languages using new translations from Crowdin.
- We’ve made a number of design improvements to the item sharing experience.
- We’ve updated the icons used for the 1Password browser extension in the list of trusted devices and browsers.
- We’ve improved the descriptions and suggestions shown for items in the “Items in another account” Watchtower category.
- “Authentication codes” are now properly referred to as “one-time passwords” throughout the app.
- You can now unlock a 1Password account that uses SSO when you save or sign in with a passkey.
- We’ve fixed an issue where you couldn’t scroll through a longer list of items in the Autofill pop-up.
- We’ve fixed an issue where the New Login button in the Autofill pop-up could cover the ellipsis button when viewing a long list of items.
- We’ve fixed an issue where you’d need to manually close the sign in screen after signing out and back in to 1Password.
- We’ve fixed a text alignment issue for larger text sizes with button labels in certain pop-ups.
- We’ve fixed an issue where Settings > About > Credits & Acknowledgements couldn’t be opened.
- We’ve fixed a crash that occurred when using passcode unlock.
- We’ve fixed an issue that caused the smartphone app layout for the Home screen to show on tablet devices.
- We’ve fixed an issue where updating an item with a passkey duplicated the existing linked app field.
- We’ve fixed an issue where you could get stuck when trying to sign in to a second 1Password account.
- We’ve fixed an issue where you could get stuck when trying to sign up for 1Password in the app if you rotated your device or turned on the dark theme.
- We’ve fixed a crash that could occur when using Autofill on a tablet in landscape mode.
- We’ve added an appropriate accessibility label for the account image shown when you see the pop-up to unlock a 1Password account in the app.
